Description

• Weld or tack-welds overlapping edges of positioned components to fabricate sheet metal assemblies, like panels, refrigerator shells, using portable spot-welding gun • Position clamps electrode under overlapping edges of workpiece • Press electrode against workpiece at specified weld points to complete circuit between electrodes heat metal to joining temperature • Remove electrode after specified period of time • May adjust equipment for automatic timing of current • May periodically attend group meetings to learn new or modified tasks • May position clamp workpieces together • May examine welded components to detect defects. Benefits: • Temp to hire in 60 days • Every 4 weeks you will receive an additional $.55 an hour. • after a 30 day evaluation you receive a $500 bonus based on performance • After a 60 day evaluation you will receive a $500 bonus based on performance. • Referral Bonus after 30 days $200 Bonus Shifts: • 1st shift 6 am - 2.30 PM • 2nd Shift 2.30 -11.30 pm • 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am
