Looking for info on Tivoli

Hello, in 2008 I was following the story of Tivoli, a pit bull/Shar Pei mix dog that was terribly abused and left for dead at the Prineville Reservoir. Fortunately he was rescued at the Ochoco shelter and finally found a home with a gentleman named Jonathan, and if I recall correctly he lived in Estacada. I even seem to remember several pictures and photos he published with Tivoli living happily in the house resting on the porch right around 2010 and riding around in his truck. Since then I left and lived away but I am now back. I have since tried to find any further info concerning Tivoli and how his life unfolded but came up empty handed. I assume that Tivoli has since crossed the rain bow bridge. I am not trying to butt into someones life but I would be so very happy to find some info on Tivoli. I am also wondering if anybody was ever held accountable for Tivoli's abuse. Thank you so much...
