Local & Well-established Commercial Property Maintenance Company looking for a Commercial Janitorial Manager. This position is Swing Shift. Tentatively 2:00pm to 10:00pm but can be adjusted. Must have a passion for service and the capability of building relationships and taking care of our customers and employees. Requirements: -Must have a minimum of 3 Years Experience managing others in a leadership role. -Must have several years of hospitality/janitorial industry experience. -Strong knowledge of Hard Floor Refinishing and Carpet Cleaning. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Highly Recommended, but not mandatory. -Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices. -Valid Driver's License. Duties Will Include: -Overseeing operations and communicating effectively to Customers and Employees. -Inspecting properties to ensure high standards are being achieved and making sure janitorial supplies are appropriately stocked. -Performing floor care and carpet care for customers when needed. -Meet with new potential customers, measure spaces, and put together proposals. Personal Company Vehicle provided 1 week paid vacation Full-Time - Swing shift Annual Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 DOE **Please respond by email with current resume**
