No experience required for this job: we will train you and you will develop the trade of professional aerospace deburring *After 1 month, you may qualify to get a Aerospace Deburring Basic Training Certification Deburring Technician Job Description: Precision blending of aluminum, titanium, and steel components Lifting and Handling of parts that weigh up to 50lbs Inspecting and Double Checking blending work Starting pay minimum wage (first month of training) We do monthly reviews every 30 days for the first 12 months. Upon each review is an opportunity to earn a pay increase. Then we do quarterly reviews. Our successful program ensures you're getting compensated based on your growth. (experienced top technicians earn around $30-$40hr) Full-time. Overtime offered depending on skill level.
