**General Contracting Construction Company Seeking Labor Workers** to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. General Contracting Construction company seeking labor workers with any or all following skills: Finish Painter, Light Carpentry, Pluming (able to handle full repipes, drain reroutes, shower pan installs, tankless installs as well as finish plumbing) electrical (full rewires, panel replacements and fixture installs, framing/drywall, tile, window installation, stucco, painting, demolition, digging, masonry, floating laminate flooring install, cabinet installation. General Construction duties for various job sites across Los Angeles, CA. area. This job requires you to be on job site. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 AM 5 PM (1 hr lunch) No weekends (unless we are behind on project) Duties: Basic plumbing and electrical, framing, painting, drywall, stucco, basic appliance repair, flooring, demolition, and janitorial. Requirements: We are looking for hard-working, reliable workers who have attention to detail 1. Versatile handyman with a wide skillset. 2. 3+ years handyman experience 3. Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance. 4. Responsible, respectful, and organized. Responsibilities will include communication with project manager, home repairs/light remodeling, and minimal assistance in other departments as needed. Candidate must have good character and should have experience in at least one of the trades posted above. Compensation: Handyman: $19-$28 per hour DOE Electrician/Plumbers: $30-$35 DOE Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: Mask on site.
