Environmental Field Technician

Our ideal candidate will be working in the field everyday operating power tools and hand tools to collect soil samples, working on our Geoprobe direct push equipment. Some days they will be working with our construction division trenching, breaking and loading concrete, piping for vacuum systems, excavating soil, running skid steer equipment, operating a water truck or other construction equipment. As a construction company our schedule varies from day to day but this is a full time position. Candidate will be required to complete 40hr OSHA Hazwopper training. Already having 40hr training would be best. Requirements: • Good driving record • Pass a background check • Pass a drug test • Must be able to lift, push or pull 50lbs or more • On time attitude is must! • Typical work hours vary but are usually 6:00am – 3:00pm • Overtime, occasional weekend or night work • Construction experience – Concrete, excavation, trenching etc.. • Experience with power tools and hand tools (saws, drills, wacker, jack hammer, etc…) • Concrete demo and placement experience • Read and write English • Basic math skills • Must work well in teams • Must be fit, healthy and energetic with a positive attitude Compensation: • Starting pay $15.00 - $25.00 Depending on Experience • Medical insurance after 90 day probation • A great work environment with solid teammates • 401K Participation • Annual paid training • Paid vacation Interested applicants, please submit a resume to [email protected].
