Superintendent for pool construction company

Hello! We are a construction company, seeking an experienced Superintendent with at least 3 years experience. If you have construction knowledge, then that would definitely be a plus. Duties include but not limited to the following: *Scheduling Crews & Sub contractors *Managing pool construction (Crews & Subcontractors) *Communication with all parties (Customers, Subcontractors, Crews & Office Staff) *Job Site visits (daily) *Material ordering *Majority is supervisory work, but must be HANDS-ON, willing to work, assist, and get the job done Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years construction experience *Excellent verbal and written communication *Proven track record of excellent project management *Great leadership and excellent follow through skills *Able to manage multiple projects and crews efficiently and effectively Full time Mon-Fri 7:00 - 3:30 Company Vehicle Provided We are a family owned construction company for the last 35 years.
