Food distribution company in Stockton looking for Warehouse Supervisor. Candidate must have minimum 3 year of experience in managing distribution warehouse. Computer literate, looking for warehouse supervisor with strong work ethic and can commit to daily physical duties to join a fast growing and fast pace working environment at our fulfillment center performs and completes any other tasks/projects as assigned. Demonstrates attention to detail Flexibility and ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals take ownership of assigned task and complete in a timely manner working with the team to drive productivity. Willing to get dirty to get the job done. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Ability sense the priority and adjust to task. Must be capable to foresee next job for his staff. Follow the policies and make sure been adhered by others. Should be able to take disciplinary action when needed. Office skills needed for invoicing, corrections and filing. Good analytical and critical reasoning/thinking skills. Have successfully managed staff of 3-8 people. Should be able to set goals for staff for productivity. Responsible for personally checking all inbound and outbound shipments. Knowledge of sage 50 is a plus. Responsible for Inventory control and making adjustments and inventory loss control.
