Description

The Maintenance position is responsible for the general maintenance needs of Wine & Roses Hotel Restaurant Spa. An ideal candidate is proactive in preventative maintenance of various equipment including AC units and filters, kitchen appliances, hotel rooms and overall building repairs. This position must be able to work independently and unsupervised, maintaining workload and productivity. Qualified candidates should have a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, finish work, painting, HVAC and pool maintenance. This is a full-time, fully benefitted position and will require weekend and on-call shifts, all applicants must complete a background check and a physical fitness exam.
