Description
Volunteer horse caregivers are needed to help feed and care for a family of Polish Arabians abused by neglect and who are now repurposed to provide equine therapy for PTSD U.S. service members and their families.
Morning and afternoon shifts are available daily in the Lake Wohlford Escondido area for volunteers who can work as a team member. Shifts take 1 to 1.5 hours maximum to complete. Must have your own transportation and be able to commit to a specific weekly shift that suits your schedule. These positions do not involve riding and no prior horse experience is required as we will train you.
