TASKS Maximize loads Process orders according to schedule Perform setup to reduce warping & distortion as required Keep work area clean and organized Safe operation of forklifts Computer input to Visual Shop and SSI Handle customer parts with care Notify supervisor of any equipment problems Suggest / share more efficient ways of performing tasks Assist with loading & unloading of trucks as required Set up loads for following shift Place suspect material in reject area for disposition by QAR Rack or build loads per process instructions Unload product and return to customer dunnage for shipment as required Inspect and test material to customer specifications and Braddock sampling plan Follow procedures for order documentation Prepare completed product for shipping before end of shift Act as trainer to others as needed Follow supervisor instructions Follow operator instructions RESULTS Safe operation of equipment Orders completed Furnaces loaded Loads processed Rework reduced Loads maximized Schedule followed PROCEDURES ISO and QS, Military Specifications, AMS Specifications, ASTM Specifications, Customer Specifications, Braddock Policies and Procedures, Management Procedures, Visual Shop Procedures, Safety Procedures.
