Bargain Maids is looking for an optimistic, detailed oriented, dependable and hardworking team lead to grow with our small business. This is a great position for someone with a cleaning background as well as assistant manager or team lead experience. In addition to leading a small team, you will spend time in the field training new employees in the area which requires cleaning homes to successfully develop and support our new hires and current team to contribute to keeping our company #1 in the area. You will be a key member of our team and will participate in and influence some decisions being made in the firm. *NOTE: THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE WITH INSURANCE AS YOU WILL BE TRAVELING TO CLIENTS HOMES ———————————- RESPONSIBILITIES •Training team leads hands on which requires cleaning homes. •Making sure inventory is in stock •Driving to and from each home daily •Split tips evenly amongst team members •Training new workers when needed and monitoring cleaning work of other employees. •Report to manager and keep up to date weekly ____________________ WHO ARE WE?
