Job Description and Benefits: You will be responsible for a set of small commercial cleaning accounts as well as supporting our larger accounts by conducting inspections, doing detailed cleaning, training new employees, and restocking janitorial closest all around the valley. On average, 6 + hours per day cleaning and 2 hours doing supervisory tasks. Your position would be covering most of Maricopa County. You should be comfortable with driving on freeways and have a vehicle that is fully functional. Gas, basic maintenance, and the travel time will be paid. You must have 1+ years of cleaning and supervisory experience. The position requires that you have your own auto insurance and vehicle. You will clock in and out through an app on your smartphone. A smartphone is required for this position. We use backpack vacuums. It is required that you can lift a minimum of 35 lbs. All new hires will take paid online training teaching them about on-the-job safety and procedures. They will also receive on-the-job training until they feel comfortable going on their own. Managers are available at all times via text message if any concerns come up. Further training is available if interest is expressed. This training includes becoming a certified carpet cleaner, hard surface floor training as well as management training. If an employee excels there is a great opportunity for growth in the company.
