Need help finishing sanding and painting bottom of boat

I pay $20 per hour cash plus bonus if job is done reasonably quickly I have a lot done buy I have an injured hand that slows me down. The boat is on stands that makes it easier There is probably 10 to 20 hours left Job minimum would be $160. It could be over $300 for two days work. Masks and shields provided.
