White Lotus Home hand makes Organic Mattresses, Pillows and other bedding since 1981. We are looking for someone willing to learn and be part of a good crew! PLEASE, DO NOT COME IN with out an appointment! You Must send a note and include a resume first. Role includes working directly for the owner, helping with general manual tasks revolving around maintenance, packaging and keeping the place neat and clean! A Driver's License and willing to do deliveries once in a while is a must... MUST be eligible to work in the USA! Logistics, warehouse experience a PLUS. Your hours could be one of the following: 5 days a week from 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm. This can eventually be a full-time 9 am - 5 pm or we will hire a second person to help. Please note that other staff members would be able to help and back you up when necessary, but you are going to be responsible or agree to notify management, if something is lacking attention. Facility should always feel fresh and clean. It is imperative that the showroom displays are fresh and looking their best. Make sure the 1st and 2nd floors are cleaned as often as necessary. Make sure all 3 bathrooms and a kitchen are cleaned weekly and more often if necessary. The warehouse and areas immediately around our building need to be maintained. Make sure the trash and recycling goes out as scheduled. 2 Trailers are keep updated, clean and locked. Fix and keep tool area in order. Sanitize all areas that are touched: 2 times a week: Doors, Handles, Table tops etc. Help with shipping and packaging when necessary. Keep all working rooms as clean as possible. Compensation starts at $12 for training and goes up to $15 an hour in 3-5 weeks. Thank you!
