EXPERIENCED BASS PLAYER / VOCALIST LOOKING FOR WORKING BAND - Experienced Bass player with 30+ years professional experience in Chicago, Los Angeles and currently Phoenix. - Sings both lead and background vocals - Music Minor degree from Western Illinois University. Business Major. - Played with 15+ Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Acoustic, Blues, and R&B bands over my career. - Most recently performed with a local Phoenix classic rock, country, blues, funk band that was gigging at resorts, clubs, restaurants, bars and festivals. - Equipment - Fender Jazz bass, Fender Rumble 500 amp, Ampeg SVT 6-10 speaker bass amp. - Influences include Steely Dan, Beatles, Santana, Eagles, Doobie Bros, CCR, Chicago, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Rolling Stones, James Taylor, CSNY, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, Doors, Elton John, Bad Company, John Mayer and others. - Pride myself on playing note for note exactly from the original. - Looking for a working band performing 3 - 4 times a month. - Committed, dependable, no drugs, no ego. Extremely fast learner. Gets along with everyone.
