Emerald Housing Management is seeking a full time, experienced maintenance technician in the Knoxville area Responsibilities: Maintain the daily repair and upkeep of the property Preparation of vacant units for occupancy Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies, tools & equipment Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times Available to work on an on-call basis Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company polices Requirements: Must have previous experience in apartment maintenance setting, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems Must have valid driver’s license Benefits (For Full Time Employees): Health, Dental & Life Insurance Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Pay is based on experience level and certifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
