Def Leppard Tribute Band Seeks Bassist

Def Leppard tribute band, Hysterimania is seeking a bassist. We have been together for over six years and perform at nice venues and corporate/private events across the state. Our current bassist is moving on to other projects but is staying onboard until we find his replacement or until we finish up some shows that are on the books through the next several months. We cover mostly hits from the first four albums with two or three newer songs and a few deep cuts and play an average of 15 to 20 gigs per year. Below is the criteria we are looking for in our candidate: • Must be able to learn about 25 songs in a very short amount of time • Must have the ability to sing backing vocals/harmonies confidently • Must have good stage presence and be willing to dress the part • Must have good, pro stage gear • Must have reliable transportation and must be able to make rehearsals (we rehearse on average one to two times per month at the Rhythm Room on the west side and also in Pearland) • Must be open to playing occasional regional out of town gigs in places like San Antonio, Dallas, Lake Charles, South Padre Island, etc. • Must be willing to occasionally put money back into the band for merchandise, props, advertising, etc. (this is usually funded from gigs in which we agree upon ahead of time) • Must not have a schedule that is too restrictive for gigs or rehearsals. We all play in other bands but still make the time to dedicate to this band. • Must have a good friendly attitude. We are all easy to get along with and have fun hanging out with each other. We are like family, so it's very important to us that we find someone who is similar, as we do this for fun. Below is our set list.
