Looking for hard working, motivated, dependable team players for this upcoming season. This is a seasonal, hourly position. April-December Part-time and full-time available. Crew Leader is a Full Time position. *Planting *Watering *Pruning *Staking / tying / training *Deadheading *Weeding *Mulching *Note* This job does not include machine work, lawn care, mowing, etc. Great opportunity for someone looking to learn more about horticulture, and gain valuable hands-on experience. Room for growth within the company. Willing to train the right person. Applicant must have their own reliable vehicle, as the job includes travel between job sites in the Litchfield county area, Falls Village, Cornwall, Salisbury, Requires working in all kinds of weather. Requirements: * Basic plant identification skills * Reliable vehicle * Knowledge of perennials, annuals, vegetables, shrubs, evergreens and trees a plus * Ability to take direction, prioritize and multi-task * Enjoys working outdoors and independently * Punctual, dependable and willing to work in all kinds of weather * Able to lift 50lbs * References Required
