Make extra income polishing new homes before closing. This opportunity is to provide detailed cleaning services for homes, after the construction cleaners final clean. These cleans are scheduled at various time, based on closing walk schedule, but most are earlier mornings, some as early as 6am, normally 3-4 hours each. If you like a flexible work schedule, are hard working, driven to clean and are a fanatic about the details, then show us what you can do! Our company cleans model, inventory homes and design studios for home builders. We also provide the closing polish on new homes. Individuals working for our company are subcontractors and must supply their own cleaning supplies, pass a background check, speak English fluently, have a driver's license, have transportation, and must be reliable, with integrity. We are a professional organization and present ourselves as such at all times. We are continuing to grow and are looking for more independent contractors / cleaners who are willing to stand by their work.
