Small Handyman business looking to add another crew! Searching for a quality Leadman and additional Skilled Labor. Leadman must be Reliable and have transportation (Truck preferred) and be experienced with: Carpentry - Rot replacement, Doors, windows, trim, Framing, Decks, FENCING, Sills, Joist Basic Plumbing - Disposals, PVC/ Pex repairs, DW install, Toilet Repair/ intstalls Basic Electrical - Outlets/switches, Ceiling fans, Lights Basic Drywall - Hole repair, mud/ tape, paint prep Other areas: Some painting, some concrete work, landscaping, Demo, Misc. Repairs Abilities: Manage small crews, attention to detail, problem solve, material/ time management, follow direction, respect the quality of work and our customers. Pluses: Truck, Tools (Many Tools), bi-lingual, easy going, References, Emailed Application or Resume Skilled Labor applicants must have a familiarity with the above mentioned and reliable transportation
