Birthday decoration help needed

Hello, looking for a creative, helpful and resourceful person to help decorate a room similar to the photo attached here, but more balloons, streamers, etc.. It's for my daughter's birthday; would need to spend a few hours getting balloons, streamers, kid party toys and candy Friday, April 9th, then loading it all into her room sometime that evening. Will pay you in advance to purchase the decorations and then pay you to do the decorating (Im out of town, far away so I can use the help! Her roommate will assist getting you access to the dorm room, she's located in Uni Iowa). Please confirm your availability Friday afternoon April 9th and your rate for doing this.
