I’m looking for a someone who can build me a LOWER END type of bathroom for a rental unit. I just plan on buying everything from Home Depot and using linoleum for the floor. I’m trying to save on cost. I already have the permits, now I need to get the job done at a very reasonable cost. I’ve already been quoted around 15k by a few companies which is way too expensive for me right now. If all goes well, I’ll have more jobs like this available.
