In search of experienced apartment maintenance technician for Statesville apartment community. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, ceramic tile, carpentry, grounds maintenance, small engine repair, and other apartment turn-over jobs. HVAC and CFC Certification required. Benefits include vacation and 401(k) retirement savings. Salary based on experience and productivity.
