Capizzi Home Improvement, Inc., a full service home improvement and remodeling company in Cotuit, has an immediate need for the following: DUMP TRUCK DRIVER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NEEDED • Perform general labor to support operation requirements for remodeling company as needed. • Complete ongoing periodic walkthroughs of the interior and exterior of office building to ensure it is up to standards in regards to cleanliness and efficiency; attend to various needs as identified • Maintain facilities. • Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools to complete a variety of simple repair and maintenance tasks • Set up facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc. • Secure buildings when facilities are not in use • Organize items received from shipment • Job site deliveries • Job site debris pick up and removal • Setup & breakdown of home shows. • Other tasks as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong attention to detail. • Valid MA driver's license. • Ability to pass medical exam for DOT.
