Part time property maintenance person needed for commercial & residential building in Falmouth. Responsibilities include daily janitorial work, light landscaping, snow and ice removal from walkways in the winter, building repairs as needed, painting and light carpentry when apartments become vacant, responding to tenant maintenance requests. Ideal candidate must live in the Teaticket area, have own transportation, be available to start work at 8:00 AM, be reliable and able to respond to requests in a timely manner, have the ability to interact with tenants and management in respectful and responsible manner.
