I am a spayed female Shih Tzu. I was used as a breeder dog, but apparently when I couldn’t be used make money, I was dumped. Foster mom found me and tried to find family, but couldn’t. She can’t keep me as she already had a dog. I need help and love. Vet thinks I am about 6, love kids, my hair is a matted mess, but my foster Mom cut as much as she could off of me. I am relearning my potty training skills, and I love tummy rubs. I weigh about 12 pounds. Does anyone want me?? I have a $75 rehoming fee. Don’t need a scammer, as I already have enough to deal with.
