Description

Spacious one or two story (selling either half or all of a Double Unit) Deluxe Ferret Nation Cage by Midwest plus so many great accessories - everything you'll need to get you started (just add food, water, and small fuzzy critter(s)). This was a fabulous upgrade from a less superior cage. My ferrets enjoyed the extra space and the layout was such that they actually utilized all of it. The cage was sturdy and looked like a cool cabinet that was part of the furniture rather than a messy plastic house that someone had left out. Both doors fully open making cleaning a breeze. The trays slide easily out through the fully openable double doors - no unsnapping or disassembling required! Just some of the accessories included (most clip to or integrate with the cage setup) are: - Luxury double bunkbed hamock (×2) fits 2 ferrets or 5 rats (image) - Single fuzzy hamock (no image) - Monkey "Sleeping bag" hammock - Sloth "Sleeping bag" hammock - washable pee pads - disposable pee pads - 2 or 3 smaller corner litter boxes - 2 or 3 larger rectangular litter boxes with shallow entrance for small critters - food trough - water bottle - ferret shampoo & deodorizer - round fuzzy cat bed my ferrets loved to curl up in - an assortment of tunnels Double deluxe cage is $250 new, single is $159 Accessories (purchased separately, mostly from PetCo) approaching $300 to purchase new. I'm asking $80 for the single cage (with cart, no roof as shown) with all accessories. Alternatively, $150 for the entire double unit + accessories. My preference is to sell just the single level, as the second level makes a fabulous bedroom kennel for my dog (45 lb Belgian Malinois, shown for scale). The unit can be unstacked rather easily for transport. Also for sale is a 36" double door dog kennel, $49 new. Asking $20. Finally, I have a set of panels I purchased to make a play pen for the ferrets (will update with photos). I also have another set with black metal cross bars that can be mixed and match. Would take $40 for the both (so over half off). Oh, and would throw in for free two large thick (about 3' x 2.5' x 6") foam cushions that would make excellent dog beds if you made or purchased a cover for them.
