Seeking Property Preservation Sub-Contractors compensation: Contract employment type: Contract Experienced Field Vendors, Sub-Contractors Wanted - We have immediate work. ECO Property Management is seeking Contractors to build longstanding partnerships and is actively recruiting skilled vendors who have solid industry experience for preservation repair rehab services. We are seeking vendors for the state of Ohio in the following counties: Ashland Ashtabula Cuyahoga Erie Geauga Huron Lake Lorain Mahoning Medina Portage Richland Stark Summit Trumbull All contractors must have the skills, equipment, & capital to complete the following work types: • Winterizations. • Debris Removal/Trash-Outs (small and large scale). • Securing Properties (lock changes, boarding, reglazing). • Landscape (grass cuts, shrub/tree trimming) • Roof Patching/Repair • Additional types of work: maid service, drywall repair, flooring repair, eviction services. Other requirements: • You must have reliable transportation i.e. truck, van. • Smart Phone, computer, internet access. • You must already have a valid ABC number through Aspen Grove. • You must already have General Liability insurance, E&O insurance, workers comp. • You must already have experience with PPW, Aspen Iproperty, SafeView Preserve.
