Part-time Trash Valet Contract Employee Position

We are seeking an individual, or an individual and friend to work as a team as a trash valet operator(s). This job is for those who can work independently with little supervision, and with pride--wanting to leave the apartment community cleaner than when they arrived. On Monday nights after 8PM, you would walk through the breezeways of an apartment community and pick up bags of trash placed by residents. Work at your own pace! You would place the bags in cart and take it to the compactor. You also would send any violations with your phone to the home office. Run the compactor. Then, you're done! Depending on the route, it could take from 1-3 hours. You would work at least one day a week (Mondays). If you have a truck to use, your pay is $50/night. If you need to push our cart from building to building, your pay is $40 per night. This Monday opportunity is in Lutz, FL. Opportunities in other parts of Tampa will become available within the first month. We also have a bigger position in Lutz on Mondays that pays $80 per night, but will take 3-4 hours. You will get paid the full amount as a contract employee--meaning that you would be guaranteed to keep the job for the length of time you and we choose--as long as you are doing a good job.You will be on a contract for a length of time we agree upon. It could be one month (just to give it a try) or long term! You need to be able to lift 50+ lbs., go up and down stairs, to clean any messes that you make, and be available Monday evenings at 8PM.
