Pull invasive marine weeds

I have a couple of areas on my lake front property were I needs the weeds pulled and piled to be burned. I'm willing to pay two to three individuals to perform this service. If u have some knee boots u might want to were them but the water that may be there isn't any deeper than that. I will pay $25 hour, cash, to clean up the two areas up to 4 hours. Also, I need one of the two to spray weed be gone on the cleared ground. I don't think that would take more than an hour.
