We are hiring full-time team members for our new warehouse in Tampa, Florida. Start date: immediately (March 2021). We are a team of young eCommerce entrepreneurs and we just opened a new warehouse in Tampa, FL. We own several product brands in various consumer markets, including dietary supplements, personal care products, instant teas, loose teas, and bulk health foods. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our team at the ground level and gain valuable experience working in a warehouse in the eCommerce industry. Your Role: Operations include: Manufacturing Filling zip-seal pouches with precise amounts of various product powders via hand, small machine, and large machine Filling bottles with precise amounts of liquids via a small machine Filling supplement bottles with precise amounts of various capsule products Receiving and stocking new inventory Picking/Packing customer orders for daily dispatch via USPS Packing bulk orders for business orders Daily maintenance of the warehouse, which includes maintaining a clean working environment There will be significant growth opportunities for anyone that excels and wishes to move to other areas within our team - our Business Sales Department is run by someone that started off as a packager when they first joined our team. Income: In your first 90 days, you will be brought on as an independent contractor. During this time, the wage offered is $9.75- $12 / hour, dependent on experience and skill. If you’ve proven yourself to be a valuable team member during your first 90 days, you will be offered employment. Salary will be discussed at that time, based on the value you have brought to the team. Performance-based bonuses are something that will also be discussed upon permanent employment.
