We are seeking an experienced Handyman/ Repair Tech to join our team full time! FixBuild, LLC works with many different property management companies and maintenance coordinators on a daily basis. Our workload has been increasing so we are looking to grow our team. If you are an experienced Handyman/ Repair Tech looking for full-time work please contact us today! Responsibilities: All basic repair skills a must! Basic electrical work a must! Installations/Repairs could include but not limited to: drywall, baseboards, railing, toilet, tub/shower installation, caulking, glazing, installing or repairing cabinets, installing or repairing faucets, cleaning ACs, installing/repair ceiling fans, bathroom fans, doors, screen doors, closet doors, etc. Finish carpentry, and interior remodeling. Flooring installation desired, but not required. Delivering/ Haul away items as needed- Refrigerators, Dishwashers, etc (This is not an everyday request, just as needed when it comes to delivery and haul aways). ​ Qualifications: Previous experience as a Handyman/ Repair Tech. (1-year minimum). Must have a valid Drivers License. Must be presentable (can wear comfortable clothing but must be presentable). Must have at least 1 Business Reference. Ability to handle physical workload. Attention to detail. Honest, punctual, reliable, looking for a long-term position. Extras/Info: Health Care Benefits available after 4 consecutive weeks (more than 20 hours a week) Paid Bi-weekly. Great starting pay rate based on experience.
