Seeking long-term farm team member in Kula

We are a small family farm in Kula looking for a new addition to our farm team! We grow microgreens, edible flowers, citrus, and avocado, all with organic methods (and we even harvest raw honey). We are looking for someone who is up for getting their hands dirty and open to the hard, fulfilling work that is farming. We harvest rain or shine and are grateful to be located in this little piece of paradise that allows us to grow year-round. Tasks for this position include: harvesting citrus, harvesting and arranging edible flowers, harvesting and packaging microgreens, weighing and packing produce for deliveries, weeding and row maintenance, honey harvesting and beekeeping, and miscellaneous farm errands/pick-ups.
