Sister Creek Hives is a local treatment free beekeeping business! We’re passionate about raising strong, local, survivor stock of honey bees, and keeping chemicals out of honey bee colonies! Sister Creek Hives offers: • Honey bee colony management for 1 d 1 ag valuation, or “ag exemption,” on properties of 5-20 acres. We provide all setup including honey bee colonies, all hive components, required management and records keeping. • Assistance setting up urban and backyard honey bee colonies. • “Becoming a beekeeper,” beginner classes. • Swarm capture and basic/simple removals. • Community education on honey bee health and local pollinators/native plant habitat.
