Tree cut and removal

A dead tree fell day before yesterday in my driveway. It’s leaning against another tree. Firm fixed price to cut in 3-4’ pieces ($300). Extra to haul away ($100). Cox internet lines are under the tree. These are not power lines. Cox does not want to come out to remove the lines but will come out to fix them once they are cut.
