CLEANING, PAINTING AND LAWN MAINTENANCE Please read entire listing CLEANING: Haul out trash. Clean walls, floors and ceilings. Clean appliances. Refrigerators, Stoves, and Ovens. Rug cleaning LAWN CARE: Trim and cut back shrubs Mow and trim yards Mulch PAINT; Prep for painting, fill holes, sand, clean walls. Paint—Neatness is essential. Cut in and roll. Caulk as needed Clean up brushes and areas as you go. MINOR REPAIRS--Having your own basic tools is a plus but not required. We have a number of rentals and we need someone for 20 plus hours a week. You must have transportation and no drama, drinking, drugs and phone activity. If you are not dependable, do not apply. Starting $12 an hour. Increase to $14 after first week if you prove yourself to be dependable, efficient, fast, and do an great job. Reliable transportation and being on time is a must. Want a person to start tomorrow.
