Mitchell Homes is looking for a Warranty Technician. Minimum 5 years construction/carpentry experience required. Must be able to effectively use a tablet and cell phone for voice mail, texting, email, scheduling, and other tasks. This person will coordinate and communicate between the customer, sub-contractors, and Mitchell Homes Warranty Manager to complete various punch list and warranty tasks at various home sites throughout Easter Virginia and Northeastern NC. We will provide you with a company van, gas card, phone, tablet, and all of the necessary tools. Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, and be a team player with a positive attitude who treats their fellow employees and customers with respect.
