Individual performs a variety of tasks associated with the loading and unloading of aggregate materials on board trains, barges and customer over the road dump trucks. Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as needed, operates small construction equipment in a distribution yard environment. Essential Functions: Operate stationary plant equipment to safely and efficiently load/ offload train cars, barges and / or dump trucks. Act as spotter for engine operator and is responsible for operational and safety duties that do not involve actual operation of the train. Operate small construction equipment, i.e. clean up loader and water truck. Hands on physical labor to open train car doors, lifting, bending, stooping on a regular basis. Perform general site maintenance and repairs using power tools. Qualified candidates will have experience working in an outdoor construction environment, doing hands-on physical labor, using power tools for repairs of equipment and facilities. Candidates will be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a non-climate controlled environment. Candidates will be flexible and available to work paid OT if necessary. Apply: www.Luckcompanies.com EEO
