Position may include the following: completing work orders (involving heat, A/C, electrical, plumbing etc.) preparing units for move-ins, assisting fellow co-workers with the same tasks and trashing out units. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must have basic hand tools available with at least basic maintenance knowledge.
