Maizy is a 12yo terrier mix needing a new home. Owner passed, and family is unable to house. A sweet dog that is spayed, fully vaccinated, and in good health. Maizy loves to run, take walks, swim and flush the deer off property. She loves attention and a good belly rub. Maizy is a talker for food, attention or whatever she is in the mood for. She is not a fan of rain or thunderstorm and we are in contact with her Veterinarian about medication she can start taking for this. She prefers to eat alone no other dog or human can touch her dish after it is on the floor for her. Maizy is good with people she tends to ignore other dogs around her. Everyone in our family has 1 or 2 dogs and when we are all together there are 8 she gets along with all of them. She has not been around cats, and would not suggest a family with young kids. Loves car rides.
