J&W Asphalt, the Twin Cities largest asphalt driveway contractor, is hiring truck driver/laborers for our grading and paving crews. Our paving season is May to Thanksgiving. In the winter months, most our guys spend time with their family, ice fish, snowmobile, or get projects done at home. Others snow plow or do side jobs.
