The assignments are long-term / short-term / ad-hoc temporary assignments Schedule Can Vary Depending On Availability
Pay Rate: $35,360 -$38,480
Requirements:
1. Minimum Of 1- 3 years’ Experience
2. Willingness To Work Hard With A Can Do Attitude
3. Residential Experience Preferred
4. Capability To Troubleshoot In These Areas:
· Plumbing
· Electrical Issues
· Dishwashers/ Garbage Disposal
· Over The Range Microwave
· Smart Thermostat
· Work Orders
· Attention To Detail When Turning Vacant Apartments To Be Rented
