FACILITY/YARD MAINTENANCE WORKER Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Facility/Yard Maintenance Worker
• Interior & Exterior Detailing
• Bottom Painting
• Power washing
• Assisting with hauling, blocking, and launching
• Maintain and clean docks, walkways, ramp ways, equipment, restrooms, and other areas designated by the management.
• Seasonal start-up and shut down of Marina
