Do you love children and organic agriculture? This year we will be growing a tiny human in addition to our amazing veggies. We are looking for someone willing to assist with both throughout the season. This role will split time (roughly 40/60) between helping care for our three-month-old son and working as part of the field staff team. You are a great fit for this role if you: Have previous childcare experience, especially with infants Are comfortable caring for an infant in a largely outdoor setting Have agricultural experience. Vegetable harvest experience a bonus Are able to be flexible as this role evolves with the changing needs of the farm and a growing child Kilt Farm is a dynamic 37 acre Certified Organic farm in Boulder County, Colorado. We grow over 80 different varieties of vegetables for distribution through our CSA program, on farm sales, and wholesale customers throughout the Boulder/Denver Metro area.
