Patriot Realty is looking for a well rounded individual to work as a property manager, skilled handyman and landscaper, sales and marketing manager to manage 57 residential apartment units. The job responsibilities would be as follows:
1. Property Management - Acting as a liaison between the property owner and the tenants by responding to all tenant issues.
2. Handyman - Dealing with all maintenance issues at the properties and having the handyman expertise to rectify most issues on your own.
3. Sales - Helping to grow property management business by selling our property management services to other property owners.
4. Marketing - Showing vacant apartments to potential interested candidates for tenancy.
5. Landscaping - Mowing all property lawns in the spring, summer, and fall and dealing with all landscape issues.
6. Plowing - Possibly plowing in the winter.
