Day to day tasks include the following: Demolition to fine finish work Work alone or as part of a team Unloading materials & setting up tools Picking up supplies at lumberyard Taking measurements and using power tools Reading blueprints Job requirements: Minimum 3 years construction experience Residential remodeling experience preferred Reliable transportation Valid drivers license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Speaks fluent English The job: Year round employment Pay based on skill Paid sick time Health insurance Retirement plan ***Please reply with your resume including salary requirements and references.***
