Right now we are adding a General Maintenance Technician to our team of maintenance professionals at our Boardwalk apartment community in Metairie, LA. Qualifications What you will do: As a Maintenance Technician you will perform maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing and appliances in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in. Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliance matters. Other qualifications include a valid driver's license; and, the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
