NOW HIRING FOR : Commercial Cleaning Technician IMMEDIATE OPENING MARCH 2021 Job Type: 1099 Contract Employee Hours: Full time or Part-time Available; Varies each day Mostly Evenings and weekends; off 1-2 days every 7 days Location: Client sites within a 30-mile radius of Statesville NC Client sites may vary weekly Job Requirements • Must be 21 years’ old • Must have valid NC Driver’s License • Reliable Transportation • Use of mobile computing devices for scheduling, time and attendance • Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. Job Duties: • Clean at various client sites as indicated on client checklists • Typical duties include: mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and breakrooms, trash removal, set up and break down of equipment, chairs and tables • Job is very physical and requires bending, kneeling, walking and lifting
