Property management company seeking a serious, dependable skilled handyman.
The right candidate must:
o Speak English (Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual a plus)
o Working knowledge of Plumbing a must– unclog drains, install toilets, change out plumbing fixtures, fix leaks Etc..
o Minor Electrical
o Painting
o Drywall replace and repair
o Knowledge of construction
Responsibilities will include repair and maintenance of rental apartments mainly in East Hollywood, handling service calls, working on renovations and oversight of renovations of apartments etc.. Full time 9am-6pm M-F (w/1 hr lunch break) and occasional weekend and after hour emergencies. Compensation based on skill level and employee w2 or independent contractor status to be discussed.
